Free and Express Shipping

We offer free shipping with all orders. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding Weekends and holidays.

As an international customer (outside of Australia), please be aware that your home country may charge you import taxes and customs duties when the order arrives at the country of destination.

These duties and taxes are required to be paid by the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these fees.

Next-Day Delivery

Next-Day delivery within Sydney Metro is available for orders placed by 1PM AEST, Monday through Saturday. If you are eligible for this service, the Next-Day delivery option will appear during the checkout process.

Orders placed with Next-Day delivery are expected to be delivered before 6pm on the date of order, subject to the following conditions:

  • Same-Day delivery is available for eligible orders placed by 1PM (AEST) Monday through Friday. Deliveries cannot be made on public holidays
  • Same-Day delivery is available for delivery to selected Sydney Metro postcodes. If you are eligible for this service, the option will appear during checkout, upon entering your postcode into the “POSTCODE” field within the “Shipping Address” section at checkout.
  • Same-Day delivery service is available for item(s) in your order that are immediately available for shipment and is not available for Pre-Order, Zippay or Afterpay orders.
  • The delivery time may vary depending on the destination postcode.

Item(s) that are not immediately available are estimated to ship during delivery window provided.

Please refer to your order confirmation email for your estimated shipping dates. The dates will also be listed on the product pages and during checkout once the item(s) is added to your shopping bag. Please be aware that the dates provided are only estimates, and that your items may arrive sooner or later than anticipated.

A confirmation containing your delivery details will be emailed to you as soon as your purchase has been shipped.

Your credit card will only be charged for backorder/pre-order reservations at the time of shipment.

Purchases made online are available for delivery worldwide.

Purchases may not be shipped to P.O. boxes, or to any address outside of Australia.

We can only ship to one address per order. To ship to multiple addresses, please place a separate order for each location.

For security reasons, all online purchases require an adult signature upon delivery.

We will send you a shipping confirmation email as soon as your purchase has been shipped, which will allow you to track your order's status and the progress of your delivery. In addition, your Malkia account on will allow you to track your order status.

Am I required to pay any duty or taxes for my purchases?

As an international customer (outside of Australia), please be aware that your home country may charge you import taxes and customs duties when the order arrives at the country of destination.

These duties and taxes are required to be paid by the customer. We recommend contacting your local customs office for an estimate of these fees.

Please note that we do not take responsibility of any goods lost by the shipping courier. For DHL Express orders, customers have an option to purchase shipping insurance to guarantee compensation in the event of package loss.

Full priced items – can be returned for a refund or an online store credit.

Sale items or orders discounted at more than 10% – can be returned for an online store credit only.

Customers are to cover the cost of the return postage unless your items are deemed faulty by our team.

For online purchases, Malkia will only accept return on purchase of merchandise if returned according to the below conditions:

1. The item is in its original condition: merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted;

2. Is accompanied by the original invoice, all original Malkia packaging, and outer shipping carton (or suitable alternative);

3. The security return/exchange label is intact and attached to the item;

4. It is returned and received by Malkia within 14 days for all purchases

Returns and exchanges are not available for earrings, intimate apparel, swimwear, Made To Order, DIY and personalized orders

Malkia reserves the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements at Malkia’s sole discretion.

Please note that the cost of return shipping is to be covered by the customer.

3. You will receive an email with the details of how to post your return items back to us.

Please email us at with your order number & a brief description of the fault/ incorrect item & we can resolve this for you. Images of the fault or incorrect item would be highly helpful.

Products that have a major fault may be returned for a refund, credit note or an exchange for another item. For items with minor faults, we can often repair these for you!

Please keep a copy of your return postage receipts as we will reimburse you for these costs if the item is confirmed to be faulty.

To prepare your return:

1. Ensure the item(s) are in original, unworn condition, and have the Malkia return tag(s) intact. 

2. Place the item(s) in the original packaging.

3. Complete the Return section of the original purchase invoice, and enclose it with the item(s). 

4. Securely repackage the item(s) into the outer shipping carton. If you have not kept the outer shipping carton, please find a suitable replacement to protect the item(s) and packaging. 

5. Returns received without proper Malkia packaging will not be accepted. 

Merchandise returned will be processed within 7-10 business days of receipt of merchandise. A confirmation email will be sent once your return has been processed and your account has been credited. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilised for payment. Please note that once a refund is processed, it may take 10-15 working days for the funds to be available in your account. Please note the original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

In order to exchange an item, return the original item using the return instructions provided in your shipment. Please note that new orders are subject to merchandise availability. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your order.

Withdrawals, cancellations, exchanges or returns are not accepted for orders of DIY, Made To Order, and personalised or customised products.
